Basic services listed below may be modified at any time to accommodate your individual needs. Registered Nurses are available to make visits to the patient's home.
Personal Care provided by a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide:
- Vital Signs
- Assist in bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, medication reminding
- Assist with prescribed (ROM) exercises
- Assist with ambulation and assistive devices
- Assist with the changing of colostomy bag
- Transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, escort to medical appointments, picking up prescriptions
- Incontinent care
- Monitoring food freshness and expirations
Skilled Nursing Care provided by a Licensed Nurse:
- Wound care (including dressing changes)
- Ostomy/Colostomy Care
- Catheter Care
- Other nursing care as prescribed by a medical doctor
Companion:
- Doctor's visit, going for walks, meal planning, grocery shopping, light housekeeping
Live-In Care provided by Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant who stays in the client's residence 24 hours per day.
Caregiver must have uninterrupted sleep time in separate sleeping room.

Efficiency and excellent skills have earned Tree of Life Home Health Services, LLC a great reputation. Our health care professionals are independent contractors including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurses Assistants, and Home Health Aides.
Each caregiver referred by the Nurse Registry is an independent contractor. Therefore, it is not the obligation of the Nurse Registry to monitor, supervise, manage, or train a caregiver referred for contract.
We accept payment by most major credit cards or by check.
We will also process claims and accept assignment of benefits from most long-term care insurance companies.
