Anna at Tree of Life is a lifesaver!! My dad’s private caregiver quit with no notice on a Sunday morning. I live in Massachusetts so I frantically called several home care agencies and left messages. Anna replied very quickly and set us up with a caregiver for the next day! She is so friendly and warm, and genuinely cares about her clients and their families. She has been a huge help with the insurance paperwork and communicates with us regularly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Anna and Tree of Life Home Health.

It is challenging to have an aging parent and extremely challenging for me being out of state. Mom loves her condo in FL and no longer can tolerate the cold winters up North. Florida is where she wants to be. After my Mom’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis, even though she is still able to live independently I wanted someone to assist her with meds and ensure she eats and gets out to exercise. Initially, I was using Care.com but found it too much to manage. Thankfully, Tree of Life came highly recommended, and I met with Anna. Immediately it was obvious Anna knows every aspect of caregiving, she has assembled a skilled team, and she has a kind heart. She really cares! Anna matched my mom with Lucy the most amazing caregiver and friend for Mom. Lucy and Anna keep me in loop and Mom is thriving. No doubt because of the wonderful care she now has. Mom can remain in FL with our family knowing she is safe. More than just safe she is once again enjoying life. Mom and I both highly recommend Tree of Life. BUT you can’t have Lucy! I would highly recommend Tree of Life HHS to anyone who is looking for caregivers for their loved ones. Anna, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable about home health services. She takes a real interest in your families health needs for your loved one. My Dad has Alzheimer’s and she has been very supportive and caring when it comes to his care. I have had to call her multiple times and Anna always answers my calls or texts immediately. It doesn’t matter what time or day you call Anna, she is always there for you!

Anna’s staff is also very professional and they genuinely care for your loved one. James, my Dads caregiver, has been great with my Dad. He interacts with Dad, takes him on walks, makes his meals, gives him showers, shaves him, dresses him, plays games and takes care of his daily needs. If Dad wants a hamburger and frappecino from McDonalds, James goes and gets it! Dad will always ask”Is James coming today”? He is so happy to see him and he brightens my dads day! I wish I could clone James! He is the best!

If you are looking for an agency to help with your loved ones this is by far the best you will find!! Don’t look any further! Call Anna and she will be there for you!

Tree of Life Home Health Services has been a wonderful addition to my father in laws life. He is 93 years old and I love that I can depend on the staff to come and take him out 3 times a week so that he gets his exercises and has some socializations outside of coming to my office and working on puzzles. The staff is very caring and understandable of his limitations. They would take him to wherever I would ask ex: for his monthly haircut. If any problems arise I can count on staff to inform me. They also have sent me pictures of him while he is out and about with them at a park, or socializing at a senior center, which I am grateful to see him smiling with them. He feels safe with the staff especially Rosemary. Tree of Life has been nothing but a great help with Marvin's well being and I appreciate all they have done and are doing for him. Thank you.
